Technology Head

- Creating a World Class technology platform to improve Post Possession customer experience which will foster the entire life cycle journey of customer from Pre possession to Post possession.

- Creating a superior technology platform & further customizing it to exceed customer satisfaction in ease of operating the application.

- Develop, track and control the development of customised tool for organisation.

- Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals

- Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of defined strategies

- Analysing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships

- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

- Develop & lead technology team to ensure efficient delivery at ground

- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence

- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each

- Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics

- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements

- Will be coordinating & influencing senior stake holders like zonal / regional Operations team, HO design team & other MC members.

- Set the right SLA with Partners and establish right expectations from them and their teams

- Establish an effective governance system to monitor partner performance across projects.

- Drive digital mode of customer interaction management by partners

- Identify and work along with vendor partners for development and customisation of technology platform.

- Budget owner for all the technology vertical including software and hardware aspects.

Educational Qualifications :

- Master's degree from premium B School with minimum of 20+ years in field of technology

- Experience in New product development is highly desired
