Position: DGM Learning and Development and Talent

We have an exciting opportunity for DGM Learning and Development and Talent with Godrej Properties Limited, Mumbai.

YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Role Summary

This individual will work on leading learning and talent for the organization. They will also work from time-to-time on key projects/processes at the organization level.

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, others (this is not a mandated requirement, the focus is on core learning experience)

Experience: 8 - 14 years of core learning design, delivery, facilitation experience in corporates or consulting firms

Key responsibility:

The details of the main areas of focus are as follows

- Build the GPL Learning Academy

- End-to-end diagnostics, design, facilitation of behavioural/managerial/leadership capability tracks

- Program management with external learning partners, vendors

- Lead the talent management process at GPL - identification of talent, talent actions and periodic talent reviews. Work on building the succession pipeline for leadership positions and liaise with HRBPs to support for next level positions.

Skills Required:

Functional capabilities

- Strong fundamental understanding of L&D frameworks, principles

- End-to-end diagnostics of business-needs linked capability building interventions

- Understanding of/Certification in personality assessment inventories (MBTI/Hoga/Strengths finder/OPQ)

- Facilitation experience for mid to senior level leaders

Leadership Capabilities

- Ability to solve problems through understanding of business priorities being able to link them to the design of the initiative

- Influencing - Ability to work with a diverse team across zones and drive change through processes, capability building and communication

- Able to work with multiple data inputs collectively and create point of view supported by facts in order to influence stakeholders.

- Communication and facilitation - Ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders
