POSITION: Manager - Compensation &amp; Benefits JOB LOCATION: Mumbai REPORTING TO: Head - Human Resources SCOPE OF THE ROLE: - Design, implement and ensure that the compensation and benefits programs are designed to attract top talent and retain key employees at Nature's Basket JOB PROFILE: - Work with management to design compensation and benefits programs that support GNB's business objectives - Prepare the annual C&amp;B budget for assigned areas and manage the same - Ensure the C&amp;B programs comply with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements - Ensure that the C&amp;B program costs are in line with the organization's objectives, culture, and philosophy - Design, develop and implement salary, bonus and benefits packages for all employees - Manage all payouts - monthly payroll, bonuses, commissions, incentives and other employee benefits like insurance, gratuity, retention plans etc. - Do Annual C&amp;B surveys and periodic Peer comparison and benchmarking exercises to review the gross and net remuneration packages which are offered for employees across the retail industry and benchmark them with peers - Analyze the data and make recommendations to management about tweaking the C&amp;B packages based on market Percentile positioning and implement the same once approved - Ensure parity in compensation packages for employees with the same level of experience and responsibilities, especially where no quantitative performance criteria have been set - Make recommendations to managers regarding salary fitments and bonuses - Design and manage GNB's Rewards and Recognition programs - Create and implement employee welfare programs in line with Godrej group policies - Collaborate with external vendors like Insurance brokers, benchmarking agencies and benefits vendors - Manage the complete benefits enrolments, renewals and payout process - Share periodic MIS reports and insights with key management stakeholders - Coach, train, motivate and develop team members KEY DELIVERABLES: - Annual C&amp;B surveys and periodic Peer comparison and benchmarking exercises - Annual C&amp;B planning, budgeting and implementation - Salary Range review, rationalization and fitments - Payroll, Performance, Commissions, Incentive and Reward plan payouts - Pay parity analysis and merit review exercises THE RIGHT PERSON: - Should be a MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from a premier institute - Should have experience in liaising with external agencies for C&amp;B benchmarking - Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills - High proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint is required
