Customer Acquisition :
Media Planning and catchment activities for stores
Launching activations and organizing events
Working with creative & media agencies to achieve deliverables & targets
Tracking ROI's and optimising ROI's for activation
Liaising with category & operations for new campaigns
Tracking new acquisitions across stores
Measuring success and learnings which can be used for next campaigns
Conduct extensive market research & subsequent analysis
Ensuring detailed execution of deliverables for all campaigns
TEAM STRUCTURE :
The position reports to Manager, Marketing - Godrej Nature's Basket

QUALIFICATION :
Post Graduate in Marketing preferred
4 - 6 years of work experience in the Marketing domain driving customer acquisition & retention
High degree of familiarity with event planning and related activities.
