Godrej Investment Advisors - Lead Associate - Human Resources (10-13 yrs)

Role Summary :

The incumbent is responsible for conceptualizing & developing the HR strategy for GIAPL to support business demands. Build capability to support business requirements and drive organizational priorities. Responsible for end-to-end HR processes for GIAPL & all associated companies including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and engagement.

Role Specifications :

Financial :

- HR & Administration Spends - Provides inputs for preparing budgets for HR and administration activities

- Facilitates administrative benefits & manages vendors

Operational :

- Recruitment & Onboarding - Compiles manpower requirements for the year

- Sourcing, interviews, shortlisting profiles for vacancies

- Smooth induction & integration of new joinees

- Implementation of HR Policies & compliance - Creation & implementation of HR policies

- Manages all labour compliances & filings

- Employee Engagement - Proposes and implements Employee Engagement activities such as celebrations/ outbound events

- Manages grievance handling and employee motivation

- Takes pulse of employee issues and ensures actions are taken to resolve the same.

Process :

1. Process Adherence - Complies with company defined guidelines and processes

- Adheres to project/process timelines

2. Process Improvement - Identifies processes/procedures that need improvement & can lead to increased efficiency/productivity

People :

1. Performance Management - Facilitates completion of performance management exercise

- Briefs employees on process, outcomes etc.

- Follows up with managers to complete appraisals on time.

2. Learning and Development :

- Influences line managers to drive capability building agenda for individuals & teams Identifies and compiles training needs of employees

Working Relationships :

Internal Interfaces / Purpose of Interaction :

- GIAPL Teams Drive HR processes, collaborate for new initiatives

- GILAC HR Team Collaborate for create and roll out HR processes

External Interfaces / Purpose of Interaction :

- Recruitment agencies/ consultants Sourcing of CVs, payments

- Labour Law Consultant For ensuring labour law compliances

Position Specifications :

Minimum Education Qualification & Experience Required : MBA HR with 7+ years of experience in implementing HR processes.

- Performance management system administration

- Employee engagement process

- Compensation management

Administration :

- Vendor selection and management

- Admin facility management
