The incumbent is responsible :

1) To create the business plan, get the same approved post evaluating different simulated business scenario and owning and driving the achievement of the same.

2) Maintaining a governance system to monitor AOP Vs achievement and recommend solutions for filling Gaps identified

3) Creating strategic products and services which will help GLPL to create differentiation in the market as well as the desired margins.

4) Creating a financial testing model for ascertaining profitability of new project acquisition, new product development and VAS development.

5) Creating a financial model for monitoring planned margins Vs margins from operations of new projects, services and or VAS.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Creating a financial testing model for ascertaining profitability of new project acquisition, new product development and VAS development and set revenue targets.

- Create a foolproof financial model.

- Set financial / revenue targets for each project / service / VAS.

2. To create the business plan, get the same approved post evaluating different simulated business scenario and owning and driving the achievement of the same.

- Creating a governance system to monitor AOP Vs achievement and recommend solutions for filling Gaps identified.

- Create a business plan and get the same approved post evaluating different simulated business scenarios.

- Own monitoring of progress Vs target and create necessary alerts in the system to prevent negative variance.

- Also timely identify potential short falls in AOP achievement and recommend solutions for bridging the same

- Work with finance team to in developing system-based P&L model at granular level along with necessary control measures to avoid leakage and non-compliance

3. Creating strategic products and services which will help GLPL to create differentiation in the market as well as the desired margins

- Work with SMEs to identify VAS product opportunities which will help GLPL achieve VAS revenue targets.

- Work with contracts team and SMEs to get VAS product contract finalization.
