YOUR ROLE SUMMARY :

The incumbent would be responsible in ensuring the availability of approved material required for manufacturing finished goods at the factory.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS :

- Procurement Process transformation using digitization using MRP and other tools.

- Redesign and benchmark process across Industry and GCPL Clusters

- Leading and creating best in class analytics

- Focus on procurement for Small and high growth business.

- Leading and partnering material planning for contract manufacturer and our own factories

- Manage Contract manufacturing for niche products and additional capacities

- Coordination with category managers for supply to alternate channels

- Senior stakeholder management and escalation management across multi-channels/businesses.

- Implementing necessary system and process at contract manufacturing location to ensure timely and quality deliveries.

- Interfacing with R&D and vendors to ensure availability of desired quality product.

- Maintaining minimal obsolete inventory and overall inventory levels at optimal levels.

- Ensuring all the compliance in generating PO so that the right price gets populated.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

- MBA in Operations from Tier 1 institutes

- 2-3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in implantation of MRP and/or integrated business planning tool from procurement perspective. Experience in sourcing would be added advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Knowledge of SAP R3 - MM module

- Analytical skills required for planning, risk analysis & backup options for project execution.

- Strong knack of problem solving and customer centricity

- Good negotiation skills, business orientation and ability to influence the cross functional project teams, business partners and stakeholders.

- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Project file, PowerPoint and Excel)

- Willing to travel at Mfg location & vendors.
