Responsibilities:
- Business partnering for a dispersed workforce spread across cities.
- Manage on ground recruitment and onboarding of employees.
- Co create a culture across the organization which is in line with the vision and purpose of the organization.
- Lead a team of BP's who would be based in regions and ensure employee engagement and welfare
- Grievance handling and ensuring implementation of best in class governance framework.
- Partner with business to forecast manpower requirements and ensure business has the capability needed to succeed
- Ensure HR processes are implemented and followed across the organization.
- Manage HR operations seamlessly including creating E modules for joining, Induction.
- Oversee the regional offices and employees welfare through Administration.
