Role :

- The incumbent is expected to execute quality framework across front end processes and systems

- Publish dashboards

- Project manage the changes directly or indirectly to ensure timely delivery and execution

Skills:

- The candidate to be well versed with BFSI terminology and working

- The candidate should have knowledge of processes and systems across Loan Management Systems, Call Centre Operations, Digital journeys.

- The candidate should have adequate understanding of regulatory framework for HFC and NBFC

- The candidate should have worked or should demonstrate understanding of framework development

- The candidate should have experience in managing projects involving cross functional teams
