This role anchors multiple critical areas - Leadership &amp; Behavioural Training: - Co-creating and rollout of Leadership, Functional and Behavioural training initiatives. - Design learning interventions (journey &amp; content) keeping a metricized result as the measure of success (e.g. Improvement in 360 scores of a set of managers) not just program feedback - Build content for learning interventions facilitated internally through strong research, conceptual knowledge &amp; stakeholder - Manage various stages of the learning journey to ensure a smooth &amp; value-adding experience for employees Talent: - Anchor internal talent development, talent management &amp; feedback processes as the process owner - Define/set-up processes keeping the organisational context in mind - Ensure technological enablement for people processes - Run education &amp; Awareness campaigns for employees around these processes - Work with HRBPs for solutions for any on-ground implementation related challenges. Qualification &amp; Experience: - 2-5 years experience in L&amp;D (Content Creation &amp; facilitation) from Premium B-schools - Mandatory Qualification - Post Graduation in HR or MA in Psychology (Full Time) Capabilities required: - Prowess &amp; interest for developing content by oneself for select behavioral &amp; leadership interventions - Is well-read on contemporary research &amp; approaches to learning, talent management &amp; OD - Demonstrates learning agility to apply previously learnt concepts in a new business context
