Job Purpose : The Head Channel Alliances will spearhead Godrej Housing Finance's relationship with a dedicated & highly efficient network of channel partners. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop strategy for deriving business out of a network of Channel Partners - Identify the right channel partners, initiate and build relationships with them - Conceptualising & implementing competent sales strategies to ensure organizational goals are over achieved. - Leveraging & streamlining existing systems for achieving enhanced operational efficiency with a view on long term profitable business model. - Drive business via the regional business teams - Contribute in creation of new products & schemes to suit the requirements of Channel partners so as to ensure maximum productivity & meet end-customer needs - Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team. - Relationship management with key stakeholders from partner business units. - Collaborate with other functions in regions and Head Office such as Credit, Operations, Finance etc. Qualification & Experience : - Applicant should be PGDM / MBA from a good institute. Specialisation in sales and marketing/ Finance - Work experience of 15+ years in mortgage industry - Experience in managing key accounts or channel partner relationships would be an idea fit - Experience in managing P&L successfully - Experience in start-up eco-system would be an added advantage.
