Data Scientist- Advanced Analytics

Key responsibilities :

- Innovate analytical solutions through Machine learning models for improved business performance

- Apply relevant Analytics algorithm to get actionable insights from internal / external data

- Build Machine Learning Solutions across Customer life cycle of digital, risk, marketing and collections.

- Liaise with Business and Tech teams to lead initiatives for ensuring adequate data capture and structured data storage

- Partner with Tech teams to create deployment roadmap

- Evaluate vendor solutions to on efficacy and impact on the organization

Qualification & experience :

- Years of experience 6 years - 8 years of relevant experience with prior focus in Machine Learning

- Post-graduate degree in Computer Science /Engineering /Economics/Stats/ Maths or any equivalent Quantitative area.

Essential skills :

- Experience in writing complex SQL queries and proficient in Python / R

- Data Modelling Knowledge, Experience and Good Understanding Machine Learning Concepts

- Knowledge and exposure to cloud analytics platform

- Prior experience in developing Machine Learning Models is a must

- Strong Business Acumen with out of the box thinking

- Strong communications skills with ability to develop and communicate complex concepts and ideas
