Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the right talent is onboarded at Godrej Housing Finance - within considerations of quality, cost and speed. Role Type - 1-2 recruiters will report into this role Role Description: - Create and manage the talent acquisition plan for assigned mandates in line with people budget and cost - Ensuring timely recruitment of the right quality resources, evaluate a mix of sourcing pools to meet the resourcing needs and HC budgets - Ensure adherence to all HR processes both from timelines and quality of how these processes are experienced by candidates. Give a high quality experience to candidates and hiring managers and manage all HR recruitment & selection processes. - Screen candidate resumes in line with JD and suitability for GHF - Participate in post selection formalities such as reference checks, salary mapping & offer negotiations - Mapping the market for the best quality of talent for current or future roles - Develop and maintain a quality database of candidates for future roles - Provide recruitment analytics and metrics to improve process - Benchmark competition best practices & provide inputs to HR and other teams Qualification & experience: - Years of experience - 7+ years' experience in talent acquisition - Mandatory Qualification - Post Graduation in HR or psychology - Must have - expertise on LinkedIn recruiter, Naukri, IIM Jobs & similar job boards. Essential Skill: - Ability to work in unstructured and evolving situations with an open mind - High Stakeholder management to ensure speed & efficiency of delivery - Taking of initiatives, strong execution skills, forward thinking ability to anticipate hurdles - Display high degree of relationship management skills to connect with candidates, hiring managers, employees, recruitment vendors, on boarding agencies etc.
