Godrej Housing Finance - Assistant Manager - Digital Enterprise (5-9 yrs)
Job Purpose :
The role incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of cutting edge digital applications especially through automation across the organisation for enterprise and customers
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement digital solutions impacting enterprise users, customers and business partners
- Primary responsibility for implementation of various structured bots, NLP bots and other solutions across multiple channels including social and digital assets
- Responsible for implementation of analytics and various A/B testing solutions across bots and other enterprise applications
- Manage changes in existing product configurations and configure changes for new products.
- Interface with business and marketing teams for requirements, insights and delivery
- Coordinate with the vendors and in house teams for planning delivery and deployment
- Perform sanity testing, issue reporting and tracking.
- Assist teams in UAT testing and resolve issues as per criticality.
- Handle audit and compliance activities for the systems.
- Track agreed SLAs with vendors, process vendor invoices
- Identify areas for increasing process and operational efficiency with measurable outcomes.
- Publish regular reports of activities and highlight risks
