Role Responsibility: - Developing strategic roadmap for CDPL's procurement network - Building a strong network of progressive farmers by supporting them with the right breed,feed and farm services. - Develop long term partnerships to provide VET Services, Bank loans and Cattle insurance - Promoting Animal feed to farmers among all Procurement Operations areas to ensure farmers use good quality feed to enhance their animal productivity which in turn helps them earn better livelihoods. - Driving technology adoption in the procurement ecosystem - Leading special procurement projects. - Collaborating with start-ups in the dairy ecosystem. - Leading CSR initiatives for communities across all the plants.
