Your Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Providing treasury support to GCPL's global businesses. - Risk Management - Ensuring adherence to forex limits on a daily basis - Taking timely hedging decisions to ensure compliance with exposure norms - Minimizing cost of forex by exploring various hedging tools/ mechanisms and ensuring better Fx rate on flows by actively engaging with bankers across the globe - Liquidity Management &amp; Cash flow Planning - Ensuring zero idling of surplus cash and optimum utilization of overdrafts. - Tracking daily cash flows, Cash Planning, Short-term to Long-term Cash flow forecasting. - Ensuring Liquidity at lowest possible cost. - Borrowing and Investments - Negotiation of banking agreements including credit facilities. - Taking borrowings/ investments decisions within the Policy framework. - Trade and Supply Chain Finance - Cross border Distributor financing, Supplier financing, etc. - Guarantees, SBLC/ LC, cross border payments. - Relationship management with banks and Credit rating agencies. - Ensure correct accounting and regulatory compliance in all treasury transactions of the group Position Requirements Qualification: Chartered Accountant ( only 2017/2019 pass outs should apply) Experience: 2 years post qualification experience Critical Skills: - Hedging &amp; Risk Management - Cash &amp; Working Capital management - Investments - Treasury Accounting and Regulatory compliance Reporting Structure: Head Treasury Job Location : Mumbai
