Godrej Consumer Products - Manager - Talent & Leadership Development (3-5 yrs)

Purpose of the job: Program management and lead delivery for GLF (Group leadership Forum) leadership development initiatives to help drive tangible business growth across GILAC. This role reports to AVP- Corp HR ( Lead for Talent and leadership development )

Qualification: MBA HR/ Master's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources with additional qualifications/exposure in project management /scrum and /or agile implementation

Experience: 3 to 5 years of work experience with part of the experience preferably in the following work areas - Learning, leadership development and strategic project management

Key responsibility:

The incumbent will contribute to design of talent initiatives and lead delivery operations for across GILAC. As part of the roles & responsibilities for this role, you will be responsible for below:

- Design - Contribute to design of Talent Management processes & 360 feedback survey/custodian of the TM processes

- Data: Be the SPOC for all talent related data requests and analysis. Understand and leverage performance data and analytics to present fact based performance updates (e.g. data for leadership feedback, assimilation and presentation of current talent data, GLF development monitoring etc.)

- Data: Own the individual performance dashboard (From design to data and representation) and scale it up to all the GLF leaders over time

- Delivery - Program Management of Leadership feedback process

- Delivery: Lead program ops for the GLF Talent development journey. Independently deal with Sr. leaders to support and drive their individual development experience

- Design: Contribute to process and learning design for targeted talent bands. Innovate and sharpen processes continuously to drive execution efficacy

Skills Required:

Functional capabilities :

- Good conceptual and practitioner depth in areas of talent diagnostic and development

- Good overall understanding of HR and talent processes and how they impact business outcomes

- Demonstrable understanding of analytics using Excel and 1 other platform (like Azure, Power BI, Table, R or Python) with a keen interest to build their skills in people analytics

- Data Visualisation/data aggregation

- Hands-on ability to drive and project manage complex initiatives, specifically in culture behaviour or learning led transformations

- Intrinsic orientation towards process management, development and design

- Experience in managing sr. stakeholders independently and walk them through fact-based updates/reviews

Leadership Capabilities :

- Project Management, drive and ability to deal with ambiguity

- Influencing, Ability to work with a diverse operating network across businesses and independently through multiple data sets and business contexts

- Effective communication and facilitation skills, ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders to drive the talent agenda
