Business Manager :
Be the primary BD lead in Caribbean & North America markets, responsible for :
- Primary growth : Quarterly orders and annual target achievement by country (TL responsibility of over INR 15 Cr from 10 existing markets)
- Shift from Traded to Branded : Transition key markets in the region from traded to branded with :
a. Monthly Secondary sales tracking
b. Working on yearly activation / promotion plan with individual customers
- Payments follow up :
a. Maintain country wise budgets and ensure optimal spends
Business Development :
Work on opening new geographies in the Russia / CIS / Eastern Europe region by :
- Identifying potential distributors (thru online search & market visit)
- Work on value chain for each potential customer, identifyig:
a. Identify key product plays for each market and competitor prices for relevant products
b. Understanding the market landscape - MT/GT/WS contribution, Avg Trade margins, Distributor margin expectations, etc. o Explore best routings options to optimize value chain
- Plan and execute launch in respective markets
Others :
- Liaise with vendors to develop POSM for respective markets
- Liaise with local market agencies (wherever applicable) to develop new / tweak existing, brand communication
Skills & Experience required :
- 4-5 years of international sales experience, ideally with exposure in Russia, CIS & Eastern European markets
- Exposure in launching Indian brands in international markets
- Distributor management / appointment
- New geography expansion experience
- Knowledge of Russian language & familiarity of CIS markets is preferred
