Product Manager - Fungicide

POSITION TILE : Manager - Marketing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define product strategy for one of our product categories and Developing region based crop-product placement plan.

- Developing the regional promotional plan and the core positioning and messaging for the product.

- Study of the competitor's placement and communication strategy.

- Developing the appropriate marketing communications and planning for product demos to customers.

- New product launches (As and when applicable).

- Meet revenue and volume/contribution/profitability measures.

- Maintenance of Inventory and Key Accounts management.

- Define product strategy for one of our product categories.

- Developing region based crop-product placement plan and the regional promotional plan.

- Developing the core positioning and messaging for the product.

- Study of the competitor's placement and communication strategy.

- Developing the appropriate marketing communications.

- Plan for product demos to customers and new product launches (As and when applicable).

- Meet revenue and volume/contribution/profitability measures.

WHO YOU ARE:

- Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management role.

- B.Sc/M.Sc (Agri) - Mandatory and MBA - Tier 1 institute - Preferred..

- 5 to 7 years of exposure in product / category or brand manager role.

- High analytical and stakeholder management skills.
