Godrej Agrovet - Manager - Sales - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- The incumbent will be leading sales for GTFL in East - based out of Kolkata.

- To Drive targets for the region and develop a business plan to attain the targets.

- Leads the East Sales Team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.

- Accountable for Sales, BTL etc

- Optimizing the availability & enhancing the visibility of our product across the region.

- Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes.

- Effectively manage the distribution channel & optimize sales in the territory.

- Improve the distributor management effectively.

- Expanding the dealer infrastructure and appointing new channel partners in untapped markets and ensuring volume and market share growth in the given territory.

- Keeping a close watch on competition strategies & actions & working out countermeasures.

EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU:

- MBA from Premiere B school.

- 3-5 Yrs. relevant experience in Sales process

- Experience in Foods and Beverages, Dairy industry would be preferred.
