Your Role Summary

The role will be to manage the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding efforts for all businesses of Godrej Agrovet, across levels and functions. He/She will be responsible for hiring for priority positions, ensuring governance from hiring teams, data analytics and shall also be involved in special TA projects as a team / leading the same across the organization.

- The incumbent will play a critical role in recruiting, market mapping and ensuring initial screening of all candidates before sharing candidates with hiring teams. He/she will manage the process end-to-end.

- The role requires for the incumbent to manage specific agendas of diversity hiring, employer branding and process optimization.

- The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining key data and prepare HR Dashboards at pre-defined frequencies such as position tracker, candidate tracker, consultant performance metrics, joining dashboard, tat report, post recruitment feedback report, candidate experience report etc.

- The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring seamless facilitation of all TA requirements including internal and external stakeholder management.

- The incumbent will regularly work on HRIS - SuccessFactors, govern system and process adherence and provide updates on compliance on a regular basis.

- Actively identify concern areas in talent acquisition process and drive projects to improve the same.

- Take initiatives to drive cost-effective hiring and use of social media platforms to source and close positions.

Who you are:

- MBA in HR with 2 - 5 Years of Post MBA experience in Talent Acquisition or Generalist Profile.

- Have experience sourcing and screening candidates, with the ability to source for mid and senior management positions, prior experience in agri based industry will be an advantage.

- Should have prior exposure to Applicant Tracking System.
