The Role - The candidate is expected to drive digital transformation project across businesses. - Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities. - Work closely with business heads/CEOs in the area of analytics and digital enablement. - Engage multiple stakeholders and program manage the transformation. - Drive change management and enable business adoption. - The role would report into Head, Strategy & Business Development. Position Requirements - MBA from premier B School with work experience of 2-3 years - Should display fair understanding and prior experience of technology development/implementation - Passion for innovation and analytics - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work closely with teams - Previous experience in Project Management and/or working with analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, MySQL) - Willing to travel extensively across the country
