Godrej Agrovet - DGM - Strategy - IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI/MDI

Purpose of the job:

The incumbent will be part of the strategy team of Godrej Agrovet and will be involved in multiple projects for the various business of GAVL

Role Summary - 

GAVL strategy team at present is a 4 member team with a mix of MBA's and CAs. Some work done by the team in last one year include- driving Inorganic growth, increasing profitability of businesses (additional revenue streams, Cost reduction etc. ), building future product pipeline, evaluation of future Capex plans (Build vs. Buy vs. Lease), exploring future global partnerships, creating thought capital on Indian Agriculture among others.

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about problem solving, drive value creation in diverse business environment and is happy travelling to rural India. He / She would work with CEO's of our businesses in crafting and executing respective businesses- strategy and report to the Head of Strategy & Business Development.

Who you are:

- MBA from premier B - School with work experience of 4-6 years

- Must have work experience in Strategy Consulting

- Ability to independently drive strategy projects

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
