POSITION PURPOSE: The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Compensation & Benefit Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Godrej Agrovet. This CoE will be responsible for managing three broad areas of operations for Godrej Agrovet viz. Compensation & Benefits, HR Shared services & HR Analytics Compensation & Benefits - - The incumbent will be responsible for designing compensation strategy at GAVL aligned to the overall growth strategy of GAVL. The key deliverables for this will include providing C&B advisory propelled by continuous market scanning and benchmarking studies; Review and redesign of remuneration structures, sales incentive schemes; Standardizing compensation bands; Manage end to end increment/merit increase cycle for GAVL and subsidiaries. - Incumbent will play a pivotal role in collaborating with such stakeholders as Group Level Compensation team, talent acquisition COE and Business HR for our multiple Business Lines to drive specific projects (eg Fitment Matrix, Industry Benchmarking, Job Evaluation etc). - S/he will also be responsible for managing and improving our bouquet of benefits to the employees which will include communication and reinforcement of current benefits, introduction / redesign of new/existing benefits. HR Shared Services - All employee lifecycle processes and HRMS data management is centralized at GAVL Corporate Level. We have taken first steps in making majority of our process online through either our core HRMS or add on platforms. Currently our confirmation process, exit process etc are 100% online. The incumbent will develop a roadmap for HR shared services strategy and define KPIs to measure and improve three main aspects of HR shared services which is defined by our 3 E's (Efficiency, Effectiveness & Experience) for all employee lifecycle processes pertaining both blue collared and white collared employees. For the subsidiaries, the incumbent is expected to provide guidance as a Functional Subject Matter Expert to ensure uniformity of process and incrementally reach excellence in adherence. HR Analytics & Reporting - Analytics has been identified as one of the key areas at Godrej to develop insights and drive people decisions. The incumbent is expected to develop and execute and overall HR IT Framework and a 3 year roadmap to ensure flow of accurate and insightful data through various IT platforms available and integrate the same to our HR analytics platform. S/he will be collaborating with various stakeholders for finalizing dashboards and responsible for reporting the same for multiple review meetings. WHO YOU ARE : Hands on exposure in managing Compensation & Benefits strategy in diverse business and should have managed at least 2 to 3 increment cycles - Indicative Education profile: MBA from premier B-schools like IIMs, XLRI, TISS, SIBM etc. Preferably 2011 to 2013 batches with hands on experience in compensation and benefits. - An understanding of managing/ partnering HR IT projects for a multi business line company would be an advantage ABOUT US : Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL) is a diversified agribusiness company dedicated to improving the productivity of Indian farmers by innovating products and services that substantially increase crop and livestock yields.
