YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop productive long term relationships with key retailers and distributors - Active engagement with channel partners and takes necessary action to improve quality of service - Create long term strategies with the Modern Trade - Act as a point of contact for existing and new customers - Reach sales target (Monthly and Annual) - Preparation of volume forecasts and plans - Close cooperation with other departments involved with your accounts - Coordinate with Modern Trade account teams and customer marketing teams on plans and inputs to maximize sales from the channel - Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with local Distributor's management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation. - Modern Trade listing - Maintain healthy fill rates - Appoint exclusive distributors for local Modern Trade Stores WHO YOU ARE: - MBA - Minimum 5-8 years of Sales experience in a Dairy /FMCG/ Beverages - Experience in modern trade must ABOUT GODREJ CREAMLINE DAIRY BUSINESS: With a rise in population and income levels, consumption of milk and dairy products is on an upward curve.
