GoComet - Head - Marketing - Demand Generation (5-8 yrs)
- Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals
- Nurture leads, conduct webinars, run surveys, generate industry reports, these are some of the activities that you will be doing
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
- Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
- Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Has 3+ years of experience of generating leads at B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience executing marketing initiatives to drive results
- Highly quantitative and data-driven. Comfortable with experimentation frameworks and analysis.
- Excellent written, oral, and social interpersonal skills across multiple audiences and methods
- Experience of running email campaigns, nurturing campaigns is highly desired
- Experience with tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, etc.
- Ambitious and passionate about marketing
- A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and taking initiative with limited resources
- Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Fast learner
