GoBumpr.com - Business Manager - Supply

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Being the bridge between Supply and demand. Maintain 99%+ serviceability

2. Ensuring standard delivery of customer experience by setting and monitoring processes for the entire supply network

3. Ensuring that there is Zero drop off of supply partners from the network and facilitate upselling to the partners in coordination with the sales team

4. Create process for taking NPS score (Supply side) and improve it month on month

5. Create more branded outlets and be the one point of contact to roll out new initiatives with regards upgrading the network

6. Managing the office based and field based account management team on a day to day basis who take care of activation, training and day to day concerns

7. Taking care of recruitment for the team
