Job Description:

- Conducting Primary and Secondary on-ground research

- Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them

- Prepare Operations plans which should include Marketing + operations strategies to procure agri commodities

- Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies

- On-ground implementation of the Operations plans

- Hire a team, on-board and train the new-joinees

- Identify hard-working and responsible executives and nurture their managerial development

- Handover the work to the new emerged leaders and repeat this process at a newer hub

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2-years work experience in Operations/Supply Chain Management

- B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute

- Ability to perform under pressure, who can consistently manage the change in situations with tact, poise and patience

- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and solve problems

- Willing to travel to rural and remote areas on a regular basis

- Ability to manage ground level workforce

- Attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Thought leadership

- Experience in getting things implemented and executed at the ground level
