Product Head Goals101 is an intelligent financial connector, that works very closely with its clients and partners who are in the financial domain. These can include payment networks, banks, Non-Banking Financial firms (NBFCs- ) and a network of industry partners from various verticals. Goals101 is looking for a strong, dynamic group product manager who can mentor and manage a team of product managers and support the Chief Product Officer in strategizing and execution of the product roadmap for the short, medium and long term. This person should have 12-15 years of experience in driving B2B Product Management. Ideally should have both BFSI + Data Science/Analytics experience. Duties :; 1. Inbound Product Management tasks + responsibilities: - Create and maintain product backlog through the systematic collection of requirements from multiple sources (RFP, Pre-sales, existing customers, Marketing, Support etc). - Create Product Roadmap (with defined release cadence) through Gated PLM process, using the backlog and through a process of prioritization, sizing and capacity matching - Maintain Product P&amp;L - Proactively identify non-functional requirements in the product in terms of H/W, O/S &amp; S/W (e.g. AS, DB, Browser, devices etc.) compatibility or any other product standard (e.g. multi-entity, multi-language etc.) - Identify technical capabilities that are needed for interfacing with external systems&nbsp; - Should do primary (if applicable) and secondary research for functional, non-functional and regulatory requirements (generic and geo-specific) - Create detailed business requirements for Sprint (e.g. Stories) - detailed story &amp; mocks, UX/UI along with calculations &amp; validations, if any - Participate in Agile-Scrum (whenever we make the transition to that): Manage sprints - run and participate in Daily Scrums, Scrum of Scrums, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning (What), Sprint Review and Sprint Retro - Conduct product training for pre-sales, technical support, professional services teams and prepare the supporting collateral - Create product collateral (e.g. product deployment guide, product set-up and configuration document, product functionality document, Product Feature List - quick reference etc.) - Generate new ideas for product Innovation 2. Outbound Product Management tasks + responsibilities: - Act as the human face of the product with the customers (especially the senior level business owners) - Create and own Product Strategy after conducting Market assessment, Competitor assessment, customer (current &amp; prospective) insights, partner details (including Technology, GTM and Professional Services partnerships) - Own GTM strategy including value proposition, target customers (Market Segment / subverticals to focus), bundled product &amp; service offerings, Skills / Competencies needed for the Engg organization, inputs on team composition, External partner leverage, pricing and help/drive product marketing (see next section) - Should create and continuously refresh the basic product decisioning tools including SWOT analysis, Competitive Analysis (including feature parity analysis w.r.t. key Competitors) - Work with Marketing for product launch and other promotional events - Provide content to Product Marketing for creating collaterals (see below) - In future, run CAB (Customer Advisory board) and User groups Good to have - product marketing experience/exposure for the following areas: 1. Promotion of the product using social media 2. Running email campaigns, product events 3. Create product collateral such as Sales Playbook, Explainer videos and Self-demo videos, webinar, whitepaper, sell sheet, cheat sheet, Battlecard, Executive pitch, win-loss analysis, Sales pitch, Analyst briefing, customer presentation Qualifications : We are looking for product managers who are logical, data-driven thinkers. A candidate applying for this role must know how to : - Be Transparent about their prioritization and roadmap process - Be able to say "No", but explain why in terms that all stakeholders understand - Be able to generate consensus among strong-willed leadership - Be a brutal prioritize while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders - Bring evidence-based decision-making to your communication Education Level : Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred Experience Level : 12-15+ years of proven experience as a product manager with demonstrated success in defining and launching an excellent product
