Goals101 is a Transaction Behaviour Intelligence (TBI) Company that is building Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) driven innovative use cases around transaction data of banks & ensuring better consumer outcomes for banks, its customers, third party entities. Our flagship product, the Alpha Platform, delivers data-driven insights that are combined with intelligent automation workflows and new-age client engagement formats to ensure that all customer communication is personalized, relevant, real-time, and delightful. The first proven use case, Alpha for Brands, radically accelerates customer spends (leading to enhanced Bank & Merchant Revenues) by creating API connectors between Merchants and Bank Customers. We currently work with 11 Partner Banks, across 6 countries handling 25mn customer profiles. We will be expanding to 90 countries over the next 18 months.

Goals101 has contracted with number of Banks in India, in partnership with one of the leading network providers in the world, for driving their - For You- property within the Banks mobile and Web channels. The - For You- property is powered with Alpha, an AI platform built by Goals101. Alpha ingests the spends data of the consumer (anonymized), shared by the banks and builds intelligence over the data to serve personalized and contextualized offers and communication to the consumers in the - For You- property.

This program was launched recently and in a short period of time, we have had multiple banks signup. Currently, we have commitments from Banks, which takes the user count on the channel to 30 Million. As more banks signup this is expected to increase to 100 Million by year 2 and 300 Million by year 3. Revenue expectations from this channel for Fiscal 20-21 is 10Cr growing to >50 Cr in year 2 and >100Cr in Year 3.

Requirements:

This is a leadership position reporting into the MD, candidate should have the following skills/experience:

- Ad tech experience of over 12 years

- Should have track record of creating businesses from 0-100 Cr. in 3 years

- Great understanding of Monetization strategies in a publishing platform

- Familiar with types of Attribution and business models like affiliate, voucher

- Leader with great mix of strategic ability and execution capability

- Top B-school candidate preferred
