- Manage and lead in establishing, maintaining and continual improvement 6 cross-functional Business Excellence Disciplines in the country and set direction: - Customer Management - Performance Measurement - Process Improvement - Project Management - Quality Assurance - Employee Engagement.  - Reviews, analyses and recommends changes in operating procedures in association with respective departments to enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational cost.  - Carries out process diagnostics regularly and introduce business process reengineering / improvement to achieve better efficiency.  - Associates with various departments in review of operational contracts, operating SLAs and setting up of appropriate metrics to measure performance of these contracts  - Establishes the quality & environment management system for the organization.  - Identifies and monitors auditor resources regularly and ensure sufficient auditors to carry out management system audit. Assists and support all external customer audits on the management system.  - Ensures overall quality of areas that have a direct customer interface by establishing key deliverables and metrics. Ensures Quarterly Report for Quality is compiled and analyzed.  - Establishes and manages Customer Service Quality Audits and Assurance programs across various customer facing departments.  - Supports various operating departments having customer interface in developing / documentation of SOPs and adherence to them.   - Setup interfaces between Customer Service Quality and training functions for enhancement of training programs / pedagogy.  - Setup organization for the product quality of materials being procured for customer facing businesses.  - Troubleshoots, Improves processes and procedures to reduce response time to customers.  - Conducts Monthly and half-yearly audit review sessions with respective HODs with focus on trend analysis and root cause.  - Formulates guidelines and processes for the organization under control.  - Reviews and authorizes Service Quality Process Manual.  - Develops budget of functions under control and ensure operations within budget.  - Validates impact on any project(s) assigned to departmental heads. Example: PSS, ACARS etc.  - Proposes any enhancement in processes that can lead to enhancement of performances.  - Monitor timely implementation of processes and achievement of expected performances.  - Works on Cost efficiency and revenue efficiency.  - Manages special projects as and when directed by MD.
