GoAir - Manager - Website & Mobile Application Management

Key Requirement for the Position As Manager -

- Web & Mobile, prior experience of handling eCommerce and applications is a must. Airline experience would be essential but not mandatory.

Job Description : Product development: Design & development of website and mobile app functionalities (new features & applications) based on business needs

Project Management: Track all projects from various stakeholders, manage the project priorities, approvals and all project related coordination with vendors as well as internal stakeholders.

Content Management: Ensure relevant content updates on website and mobile app by liaising with internal teams

Usability: Provide feedback to the development teams on improving the usability and experience on the digital channels.

Feedback: Respond and analyze feedback received through various sources to enhance the site functionalities and usability

Analytics: Analyze web and mobile traffic and provide insights to the digital marketing team for their actions

Vendor Management: Manage the vendors for all development related tasks, invoices, payments etc
