Job Description :
Position : Manager - Legal Department Legal & Secretarial
Job Purpose :
The position is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the organization with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations and offering advice on legal activities.
Key Accountabilities :
1. Prepares and vets various agreements.
2. Handles Consumer complaints and other cases filed against the co.
3. Coordinates with external legal counsels / legal clearances / trademark and copyright registration and other legal Matters
4. Documents and assists the development and implementation of compliance procedures

Educational Qualifications Necessary: Any Law graduate / post graduate with a total.
Desirable: A Masters degree will be an added advantage
Relevant Experience Necessary: Must have legal experience of 9-10 yrs experience ideally in a leading organization.
