Job Purpose:-  Handles the In-flight Food & Beverage sales function for generating sale revenues through In-flight Food & Beverage sales.  Key Accountabilities:-  1. Connects with various food and beverage brands, for sale of food products on board Go Air flights.  2. Benchmarks Go Air's in-flight food and beverage products against the competition to ensure a competitive product which also caters to the Go Air's niche customers.  3. Consistently innovates the products to achieve a superior level and creates trendsetting product both in the domestic and international aviation market.  4. Develops operating plans, short & long term sales objectives in line with targets set.  5. Develops a good understanding of levers and opportunities for revenue improvements in F & b channels.  6. Driving the revenue and achieving revenue targets.  7. Strives to ensure product quality and quantity is as per Go Air standards.  8. Account Management of all F & B product partners.  9. Competition monitoring and comparison of commercial terms.  10. Budget & revenue planning. Preparation of regular monthly cost analysis & revenue reports.  11. Responsible for of all F & B, sale related admin activities such as price offers, purchase orders, etc; either directly or through the catering partner.  12. Invoice checking, accruals, outgoing invoicing of commissions if any etc.  13. Incremental revenues from new areas of F & B sales Sales (New Opportunity mapping).  A. Core Competencies   1.
