1. BS/BE/ BBA/ MBA degree in marketing or a related field

2. Proven working experience in digital marketing

3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

4. Google certified

5. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

6. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

7. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

8. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

9. Working knowledge of ad serving tools

10. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

11. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

12. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

13. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Job Description Digital marketing Asst manager/ Manager

1. Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web and app SEO/SEM, email, Google adwords and display advertising

2. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

3. Briefing digital agency for creatives and implementation of campaigns

4. Measuring ROI/ KPIs set out for campaign, remarketing, conversion rate optimisation

5. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

7. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

8. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

9. Keyword Analysis, On-Page & Off-Page Optimisation

10. Work with creative agency to build content for emailers/ ads

11. Campaign management and execution of emailers to correct segmented databases, monitor performance of these campaigns

12. Google Analytics & use of Web Analytics tools

13. Content Optimization

14. Monitor competition
