Prior experience in atleast one large scale IT onsite implementation in Smart City projects, Metro Rail, Airport Expansions is desirable. 4. Ability to handle multiple constituents and ensure they perform to their commitments 5. Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests while managing conflicting priorities and business interests 6. Demonstrated ability to handle conflicts and focus on issue resolution Job Description :&nbsp; 1 - Drive Project Implementation a. Provides hands-on project management and actively manages project plan, deliverables, dependencies etc b. Coordinate the implementation plans, deliverables between various Vendors c. Meet with Vendors / track progress regularly and update senior management d. Provide an integrated view of inter-related or inter-dependent projects to the Project Manager and Client stakeholders periodically e. Manages deliverables to the Client by ensuring resource work plans align with those deliverables 2 - Governance a. Manages the weekly and monthly governance meeting with Client or/and contractors Point of contact for various other Vendor project teams and Project team b. Completely clued in on the Vendor deployments plans and provide updates to the Project team on the progress c. Manages the overall Risk identification and Mitigation process of various Vendors deliverables and ensures project stays on-time, on-budget and on-target 3 - Keeps track of project budgets, Utilization etc a. Assists the Program Manager in keeping a tight control of expenses on the project b. Tracks invoice/ billing recoveries and follows up with the Client for payment c. Identify project progress barriers well ahead in time and escalate to the right people to ensure removal of such barriers that impact on-time, on-target and on-budget performance 4 - Own Communication and Project Updates a. Prepare Communication plan and related project status reports to Key Stakeholders and governance bodies b. Communicate Change requests to the Project team and relevant Change Control board before any Changes are addressed c. Develops Monthly Project Status reports
