Go Digital - Stakeholder Relations Role (3-5 yrs) Premium

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for a variety of projects

2. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, and ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and captured

3. Document requirements in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate tools and templates

4. Ensure that requirements are complete, accurate, and meet the needs of the stakeholders

5. Break down complex requirements into simple processes and presentations

6. Understand and document business processes and workflows

7. Ability to put up technical solution after understanding from stake holder into presentation.

8. Ability to articulate and market the idea in a presentable way to the sponsor, to gain approval.

9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in requirements gathering and presentation

10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and information.

11. Validating gathered/collected information using various validation techniques.

12. Working closely with internal design and content teams to develop required pitching and enablement materials

13. Assist in creation of presentations, content for the investor community - Adept with MS Excel & PowerPoint

Qualifications:

1. Excellent written, presentation and communication skill

2. Research bent of mind and should be able to analyse each company in detail.

3. Must have MS office skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

4. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field

5. Strong analytical and communication skills

6. Experience with financial modeling, financial analysis and financial statements

7. Strong understanding of the securities markets, investor relations practices and SEC regulations

8. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

10. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
