GMR Group - Manager - Key Accounts - Aero Related Business

Job Purpose-

Revenue from Airlines & aero related forms the major share of the total revenue of GHIAL, the incumbent of this role will be responsible for the entire aero related revenues for GHIAL. The incumbent will contribute to the organization's bottom line by increasing revenue from aero related sources like Fuel Farm, Inflight Kitchen Ground Handling, rentals etc.

The incumbent will also be the SPOC for all coordination and ensuring that the receivable's collection efficiency is improved thereby contributing to the cash flow of the organization. The incumbent will also need to improve the utilization of the various aero related services that the airport is organized.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for planning & achieving the AOP target of Fuel Farm revenue

Responsible for planning & achieving the AOP target of ground handling revenue

Responsible for planning & achieving the AOP target of inflight kitchen revenue

Responsible for planning & achieving the AOP target of rentals revenue

Responsible for planning & increasing the capacity utilization of IFK

To ensure all OFIs related to aero related verticals as per BE assessment is completed and there by contribute to BE Score improvement

Improve the organizations bottom-line by managing receivables and Improving the collection efficiency

Ensuring 100 % Audit compliance

Desired Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent general commercial, international business & Indian/world economy awareness.

- Minimum 6 years- of B2B sales/Business Development experience with relevant exposure in aero related concession management

- MBA/Post Graduate in Marketing/Finance/operations/International Trade from reputed B Schools

- Excellent literacy, numeracy skills.

- Very strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Highly service orientated & Results focused with a can-do attitude.
