Manager - Finance & Accounts - GMR Hyderabad International Airport

Job Purpose :

The position is responsible for preparation of the financial on time, closing of the books of accounts, Capitalisation of fixed assets, discloser of related party transaction, dealing with bankers for perform of transaction and ensure the same is processed by bankers.

Prompt investment and withdrawal from time to time from the Mutual funds, co-ordination for opening of LC, BG with banks. Arrangement of Foreign currency for company officials and employees going abroad on foreign tours for official purpose.

Preparation of daily and weekly fund statements. Preparation of balance confirmation letter quarterly to all bankers for audit purpose. Accounting of FD and share application money to it's subsidiaries and JV companies. Performing Bank Reconciliation Statement, preparation & submission of receivable statement for Working Capital loan Compliance, schedules required for audit purpose, Preparation of variance analysis (Actual to Actual) for board, for Investor.

Dealing with Auditors for Annual audit and passing the offline entries in SAP on quarterly basis.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Preparing of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements of GHIAL with all necessary provisions.

Capitalization of Assets & preparation of summary CWIP & prepare a process document for capitalization including the asset dismantled and sold.

Prompt investment / withdrawal of Funds from Time to Time from Mutual fund and accounting thereof.

Preparing Related Party Transactions and Noted to the Accounts on Monthly, Quarterly & Annually for GHIAL.

Arrangement of Forex to Company Officials & Employees going abroad on foreign tours for official purpose.

Bank reconciliation on fortnightly basis

Reviewing and releasing FDs, Loans, Share Application money, given and loan taken from banks and financial institution, Investment in MF in Treasury Module.

Performing variance analysis (Actuals to Actuals) of GHIAL's financial statements on Quarterly & yearly basis for management, GIL, GAL & P.E. Purpose.

Preparation of MIS i.e. preparation of Monthly exposure statement for LC / BG, MF etc.

Coordination with Auditors & Team Members for meeting the Quarterly & Annual Audit requirements (no. of days in advance)

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience :

- Chartered Accountant

- Knowledge of accounting matters and adoptable accounting standards

- At least 6 years of post qualification experience in finalization and book keeping, banking, etc.

- Delivery focused.
