JOB PURPOSE ; Prepare detailed financial models for ALD transactions, assist in Capital Raising (debt and equity), structuring and negotiating joint ventures and alliances, assist in creating a 3rd party fund management business vertical and manage the subsequent Investor relations, provide comprehensive financial analysis to the management in all ALD verticals. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic - Aligning the real estate Organization into a separate vertical with the objective of bringing greater focus to real estate business - Creating a funding platform to support the Real Estate Development Initiatives. - Oversee the structuring from a company law, legal and Tax perspective. - Supporting the End to End AOP and Strategic Planning Process - Develop Transaction-wise and Entity-wise Financial Dashboard. Treasury - Working closely with banks and equity investors for raising project level / strategic level funding - Structuring and Negotiating Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances - Responsible for the Due Diligence process along with the credit appraisal, KYC etc. to be conducted by the prospective bank / equity investors - Monitoring timely completion of CPs and transaction closing documents and milestones - Ensure Timely Repayments and servicing of interest Financial Modelling - Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives using excel tools like scenario building and sensitivity analysis. - Work closely with stakeholders on feasibility and cost analysis of Capital Commitments and financial decisions. - Understand business requirements and interpret data to provide meaningful analysis to facilitate business decision making - Prepare Excel Models, PowerPoint presentations, reports, charts, tables etc. to demonstrate and summarize the feasibility studies and financial outputs Investor Relations - Provide strategic support to the management in the key objective of creating 3rd party equity partnerships through various mechanisms market knowledge, India specific funds and their activities, transaction details of large REPE deals in India, information memorandums for ALD transactions, etc. - Responsible for all the post funding compliances, covenants and MIS that needs to be submitted and support all investor queries Relevant and total years of Experience - Relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Fundraising & Treasury related activities. Equity, JVS, Mergers - Excel Proficiency: Macro programing - Financial Modelling - Only From Real estate Background
