Accountabilities : - To analyze data on Pax profiling, purchase trends, Innovative technologies to enhance penetration & sales, pricing, Category gaps, Category / Brand Rationalization etc. on all categories and provide insights to increase commercial and retail business at the airport. - Set up/improve processes for authentic data collection from different sources in the airport environment. - Analytics of Business Performance &amp; Key Drivers by Category, Sub-Category, Nationality, Origin &amp; Destination, Airline, time of the day etc for airport retail business. - Analytics of Business Performance on account of specific promotions, initiatives by category, sub-category, brand, SKU, by season, a month of the year, Day of the month, Hour of the day, same day in the previous year for airport retail/F&amp;B businesses - Benchmark and present the best practices followed in other competing airports and provide insights on the innovative practices which can be adopted - Benchmark the data with competing airports and other selected targets through various sources and provide data on all parameters like Sales per Sq.mtr, potential cross promotions etc. - Analyze data on passenger flows and operational parameters to generate predictive analytics to drive proactive and dynamic allocation of resources for passenger handling. - Develop and deploy online Dashboards to drive decision making by management using tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Power BI etc - Extend analytics support to various strategic initiatives taken up by the Strategic Planning Group - Study the latest trends in business analytics globally and adopt new practices and technologies for deployment where feasible. - Preferably from B-Schools / IIT / IIM / Premier colleges Required Candidate profile : - Hans on experience in Python, Tableau and R Language. - Should have experience in the retail sector. - Must have completed MBA Full time from IIM / IIT / B.School.
