Position Title Manager : HES & MDM

Job Purpose : Protect the information systems, networks, and data; Ensure group security policies are implemented and all the backend platform is enabled with adequate information security controls


Key Accountabilities :


Accountabilities :


- Responsible for protecting the organization's information systems, networks, and data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction.


- Ensuring group security policies are implemented and all the backend platform is enabled with adequate information security controls


- Familiar with compliance and regulations such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001


Key Performance Indicators :


- Project SLAs/ Deliveries


- Improvement in error identification


- Productivity Mapping of field activities


Interactions :


External : Hardware, Software, Communication Tech vendor/partners, Network service providers.


Internal : Technology Head, Tech and Analytics Team, Project Team, Business Team (If required)


Skills And Knowledge :


Educational Qualifications :


- B.Tech (Preferably Electronics, Computer Science) / MCA (Preference to candidates with Cyber security Certifications)


- Must have a strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and industry best practices, and be proficient in using security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and encryption.


Relevant and total years of Experience: 10+ Years of experience in IT, with at least 8+ years of experience in cyber security compliance and governance
