- PG degree/diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism from a reputed institute / university - 10 years of experience in a marcomm role, ideally with experience in journalism, public relations, advertising and branding or communications Brand and External Communications: - Delivery of corporate announcements - Develop messaging, draft briefing notes, statements and press releases - Engaging with the core stakeholders to raise, enhance and protect the reputation of the brand - Take the lead on designated announcements/events - Write, Edit and strategise external-facing content as directed by the Senior Leadership Team - Lead team in the creation of content - Deliver content on time and as directed - Develops and leads elements of all airport related activities in line with management's direction Marketing Communications - Digital &amp; Social - Audit and improve digital and social content - Establish database of contacts and potential contacts including digital (bloggers, influencers etc.) - Prioritize contacts into tiers, focusing most effort on tier one contacts and key areas: broadcast and digital - Assess and execute brand building and marcom activities with relationship building balanced by analysis to ensure activities are in line with supporting business objectives - Brand by planning, creating and executing communications campaigns that are aligned with local business functions (marketing, digital marketing, aftersales etc.) to support Company's business goals ATL &amp; BTL Activities: - Social Advertisements - Online Promotional Campaigns - Brand Building Exercise Online Reputation Management: - Online monitoring - Analysis of online listening reports shared by agency (daily/weekly/monthly) - Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content - Take appropriate action as per SOP - Stakeholder Management: - Tie up with various stakeholders and influencers to promote brand - Draft and create messages for Leadership Team of HIAL - Coordinate with concerned departments to support communication needs where appropriate - Engaging in dialogues to enhance brand advocacy Support Marketing Communication Events &amp; Exhibitions : - Execution of company/business related events, exhibitions, seminars, etc - Coordination with Industries, internal stake holders, speakers, invitees, agencies, - Making marketing collaterals - Photography - Assist on event related logistics
