GMR Group - Head - Airline Marketing (16-20 yrs)
Job Purpose
Revenue from Airlines forms majority of the total Revenue of GHIAL, the incumbent of this role will be the Head for Airline Marketing and will be responsible for improving the revenue from Airlines and increasing the connectivity and the number of Airlines (Domestic and International)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To achieve the Airline Marketing revenue as per AOP
To develop and Implement the Strategic Plan, AOP for Passenger Growth
To prepare & implement Airline Incentive support plan for Strategic Hub Development by establishing Feeder Networks.
To develop Strategy for improving the connectivity of Hyderabad Airport by introducing new Airlines (Domestic & International), new / additional routes etc.
To increase the ATMs of Hyderabad Airport
To plan and improve the transfer traffic handled at RGIA
To prepare & implement Destination Marketing Plan including Inter-State Tourism Development
To champion Policy related initiatives with Centre & State Governments and get favorable policy outcomes (reduced VAT on ATF, mixed flights, Interline, Bilaterals, RCS, NCAP etc.)
To improve the C-Sat score of Airlines.
To ensure Space Renewal & Airline Agreements are complied to as per the timelines without deviation
To improve Collection Efficiency for receivables
To ensure 100 % audit compliance
To do extensive marketing in Domestic & International markets, develop & implement new branding proposal, website & promotion films update
Desired Candidate profile
15-20 years with Airline/Service Industry/Airline marketing exposure.
