Job Description:
- Contracts drafting and execution including financing documents
- Dispute Management
- Litigation Management
- Statutory Compliances
- Contractual management
- Regulatory Matters
- Interaction with stakeholders like AAI, Delhi Police, MCD and other govt authorities related to real estate
- Interaction with counter-parties and their legal counsels
- Interaction with various subject matter experts from various fields of knowledge
Candidate Specification:
- LLB graduate
- 15+ years experience in the similar profile
Candidate should be from hospitality,retail,hotel industry
