Accountabilities : - Support in Development of Bid Documents and Project Agreements - Support the team in financial planning and analytical support - Updating MIS and Presentations for management Reviews - Substitution Agreements and other techno commercial aspects of ALD-Business Development and Commercial - Support development of Bid strategy and Bid Process - Support the team in appointment of International Property Consultants, other required consultants and award of related contracts. - Assist in execution of documentation pre-bid, during bid process &amp; post the bid process with the successful bidders - Provide support to internal Legal team and MAG team on various ALD commercial activities. - Contribute in Business Development database and visit to potential clients. - Support in providing inputs and development of investors presentations and other related work.
