- Drafting, negotiation and signing of all Coal mining and Coal Transportation Agreement with the contractors including invoice management.

- Support for Preparation of DOP for Coal Mine & Revision of DOP for Energy Sector as per sector needs

- Support for Drafting, negotiating and signing of all contracts for proposed LNG business at Kakinada including LNG Procurement,

- LNG regasification, Charter Agreements, Consultancy, MOU, JV Agreements etc.

- Support for PPA drafting & negotiation for Solar Projects, Hydro Projects & thermal projects.

- Support for EPC Contract Drafting & negotiation for solar projects -Bidding Documentation, O&M Contracts

- Support for Barge Project and GPCL Relocations MOUs, JV Agreements, Consultancy etc.

- Support for all Case 1 Bidding, Coal block bidding - Attending Pre Bid meeting, commenting on Bidding Documents, gathering and providing information on likely competitors

Policy Advocacy : Provide regulatory updates with analysis - policy changes, new orders, provide comments on drafts policy or regulation documents, seeking changes, providing inputs to legal & regulatory team for petitions filed with CERC & APTEL.
