AGM - Business Integration Accountabilities/Key Performance Indicators : - Project/Initiative Planning, Implementation &amp; Monitoring - Work with internal/external teams to envisage and prepare plans intended to enhance passenger experience, operational efficiency and service quality - Engage with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEOs Office to expedite the implementation and completion of the project/initiative,Timely planning/completion of project/initiative - Proactive Monitoring of Airport Passenger Experience &amp; Service Quality - Closely monitor the airports operations and service delivery across various touch points and offerings to offer direct and independent feedback to CEO on Service Quality &amp; Passenger Experience - Recommend/suggest interventions and improvements to ensure a high level of passenger experience ASQ/Skytrax Ratings Improvements &amp; Interventions identified Stakeholder Engagement : - Engage with key stakeholders in the airport community to further the efforts on key issues related to passenger experience and service quality Completion of objectives/deliverables MIS and Reporting : - Prepare and submit an MIS to CEO on the progress of key passenger experience focused projects/initiatives and other assigned tasks,Timely release of MIS Special Assignments &amp; Initiatives : - To take ownership of planning and implementation of special projects and tasks assigned by CEO from time to time,Completion of objectives/deliverables
