This profile involves the preparation of Dashboard of CEO/GHB/Board, AOP exercise, Financial Planning and Business Analysis, dealing with multi stakeholder, dealing with different department, Business Plan, Delivering the reports with tight deadlines etc.

1. Responsibility for Management Reporting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis.

2. Providing accurate information revenue side (MIS) on timely basis on various business parameters to all stake holders/Board members.

3. Responsibility for timely and accurately compilation of annual expenses budgets in line with business goals and strategic directions.

4. Financial Evaluation of various Business Proposals

Key Accountabilities

- Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

- Management Information system (MIS)

- Regular monitoring of GLs

- Stake Holder management

- Special Projects/Initiatives

- Marketing Fund Management

- Financial Evaluation of various Business Decisions

- Lead in design of Costing Systems

- Lead in overseeing the preparation of Cost Reports

- Lead in completing the smooth Cost Audits

- Costing Projects and Reconciliations

Other Dimensions:

- Multiple MIS reporting for regulatory and internal purposes.

Educational Qualifications:

- M.B.A. from premier B-School

- Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills

- Excellent usage of MS PPT for presentations

- Other General IT Skills

- SAP working knowledge and reports of various modules

- Hands on experience of Qlik View for Reporting

- Extensive exposure in Financial Analysis

- Budgeting and Financial modeling

Relevant and total years of Experience

- 10-15 years of experience with at least 4-5 years experience in domain function
