GMR Group - AGM - Estimation - Procurement (15-20 yrs)
- Management of all activities of Tendering Process including: Drafting of Commercial Tender Documents and Qualification Criteria; Bids invitation and receipt; Bids Evaluation and Contract Award and Formulations of Contract Agreement for various contract packages (e.g. such as Civil Works, Equipment, MEP, FMS, IT and Site Infrastructure Works, Consultancy Contracts etc.) within the estimated cost and to meet the project timelines
- Management of all activities of Procurement Process including identification of suppliers, vendors and service providers; preparation of RFP Documents, sending enquiry and receiving offers, techno-commercial discussion and price negotiations, issuance PO/Contract and post award follow up to ensure deliver of goods and services as per projects timelines/milestones
- Estimation of various packages by use of various tools such as Clean sheet costing, Should Cost Models
- Assist in Contract Administration of Project
- To handle package procurement of the values ranging in 7000-10000 crores.
Educational Qualification:
B. E. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical (Must)
- MBA/PGDM - preferred (Good to have)
